Cancellations & Late Arrival Policy:
As a courtesy to our customers at Belle Visage Medical Aesthetics, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be charged a $50 cancellation fee if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance, or if there is a no-show. We do understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment; if that occurs, please contact Team Belle directly at (817) 720-6320 and we will do our best to accommodate you. Because appointments fill up quickly, we suggest you always schedule your next appointment before you leave.
Team Belle confirms appointments via email/text 48 hours and 2 hours beforehand and we will call you with a reminder one business day prior to scheduled appointments if you have not yet replied to the previous reminder. Belle Visage offers a waiting list for customers who want to get in but can’t get an appointment. If we have a cancellation on the schedule, we like to offer the time slot to a patient on our waiting list, or to a patient who is calling for a same day appointment. Without notice of cancellation we are unable to extend this courtesy to our valued patients. Another patient loses the opportunity to be seen when a patient does not show up for a scheduled appointment. This policy applies to members and non-members alike.
We suggest arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time to use the bathroom, complete paperwork or answer any questions that you may have about your service. We understand that unforeseen issues may arise that can cause you to be late for your appointment, however, we ask that you call to inform us if that ever occurs, so we can do our best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so oftentimes we cannot exceed that reserved time, as this would negatively impact another client’s appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment time, your appointment may be shortened or canceled if there is not enough time to complete the procedure.

Returns & Refund Policy:
At Belle Visage Medical Aesthetics we work with each patient to discuss treatment objectives and review likely outcomes, benefits and risks associated with each treatment. We offer individual treatments as well as significantly discounted treatment package options so that each client may choose the approach that is best suited for their needs and budget.
Once services are purchased they will not be refunded, however, to ensure our patients always receive the greatest experience at Belle Visage Medical Aesthetics, unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package) will remain in your patient wallet for 12 months to be applied to any other service or product at Belle Visage Medical Aesthetics.
For skincare products, if you are not completely satisfied with your skincare product purchase, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards.
All medical provider and aesthetician treatment sales (such as, but not limited to toxins, dermal fillers, laser treatments, facials, lash services, or chemical peels) are final; refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed.
We will be honest in all our dealings with you. Aesthetics is not an exact science and how you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed – not for a specific result. We pledge to always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you.
