A layer of numbing cream will be applied to your skin before treatment begins. Once your skin is prepared for the treatment, microneedles are introduced. Because Sylfirm X gently introduces the needles into the skin, you will experience very minimal discomfort. The post-treatment care will allow the skin to cool and reduce inflammation after the procedure.
It is likely that after one session, you will see some noticeable improvements. For better, longer-lasting results, we may recommend additional treatments. Results will vary from patient to patient.
The number of sessions will depend on the severity of your skin condition. In general, three treatments are recommended, followed by yearly maintenance, but this varies from person to person.
The skin may remain slightly red and inflamed for 2-3 days, but these symptoms should subside. Most of our patients are able to return to normal daily activities after having a treatment.
It is possible to see visible improvements in your skin’s appearance with just one treatment, but for the best results, many patients require up to five treatments.
